What Is a Service Desk?
All RSM CZ service desk services are provided in the Customer Centre of RSM CZ, a.s.
This ensures in particular that there is a single point of contact (SPOC) where all requirements can be posed and their solutions managed, and where IT environment supervision services and help desk services within the first level support regime can be provided.
Pre-sales consultation and advisory services are also provided.
