In addition to the implementation of a new corporate system, corporate processes were clarified and made more precise, and the options for activities recording and administration were enhanced.
Achievements
The MS Dynamics NAV 4.0 information system implemented by Infinity a.s. helped unify the company processes and at the same time enabled the maintenance of coherent records of all activities, immediately available to all users. The delivery also included a new module for order registration and related activities, making evaluation easier and clearer.
- The application enables instant and accurate monitoring of the company’s units and contracts. Reports and analyses on order registering and re-invoicing, work in progress, accruals, cash-flow, etc. present required information in a clear manner.
- The company’s activities can be evaluated from various points of view thanks to the new dimensions of the information system covering all the activities of the company.
- The unified and integrated system enables the elimination of unproductive activities and potential errors.
