About Tomáš

Tomáš joined RSM CZ after completing his studies. He is currently a manager and the head of a team specialized in real estate valuation.

Experience

He has actively worked on major projects, mainly in the field of restructuring and mergers of real estate companies. His expertise has been key in valuing real estate assets for renowned companies such as CPI PG, Accolade, Cimex, Metrostav and RSJ Investments.

Education

Tomáš graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, where he obtained a degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering. He went on to study Economics and Management with a specialization in real estate valuation. This combined education provides him with a comprehensive view of valuation issues and combines technical knowledge with economic insight.
