About Stanislav
Stanislav has been working in the company for nearly 14 years and has held various professional roles during this time. He began as a Junior/Senior IT Helpdesk, then became a Servicedesk Delivery Manager, IT Manager for internal IT, and now holds the position of Head of Cloud Solutions & Services. In this role, he leads teams focused on managing cloud solutions for clients in the RSM data center, providing IT support to end users, and designing and managing network solutions.
Experience
Throughout his career, Stanislav has gained extensive technical knowledge and skills, complemented by well-developed soft skills. These include team leadership focused on motivating colleagues, effective prioritization and time management, responsibility with an emphasis on quality results, and excellent communication skills.
As a Delivery Manager, he was responsible for overseeing the delivery of L1 support services for the multinational client Credit Info. In this role, he implemented new processes, ensured the quality of delivered services, and maintained SLA compliance. With an ITIL certification, he efficiently handled Incident and Release Management and coordinated activities across teams within the organization.
Stanislav bases his work on trust, open communication, and motivating his team to achieve shared goals. He continually seeks new ways to improve processes and services to provide clients with reliable and innovative solutions.
In his free time, Stanislav focuses on his family, sports – especially football, cycling, and working out – and enjoys spending time with friends.
