Martin is an expert in enterprise applications, system architecture and project management and planning. He has many years of experience with individual products, as well as excellent knowledge of business processes and their principles, which enables him to always propose the best available solution to clients, tailored exactly to their needs.
Experience
Martin has been in the information technology industry for over 30 years. He started his career as a programmer and IT administrator, and subsequently also worked as a head of the IT department and quality manager in a manufacturing company. He joined RSM in 2009 as a consultant in the Navision implementation department and immediately started working on a major MS project for the Prison Administration of the Czech Republic, which he is still in charge of today. In addition, he has been involved in a number of successful Navision implementations, for example for VaK Hodonín a.s. or MJM Litovel a.s. Since 2013 he has taken over the management of individual projects and after some time also the management of the entire enterprise applications division. He is a sought-after consultant and expert in MS Dynamics products and enjoys working with people and designing new and new tailor-made solutions. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling with his family and reading. He speaks English.
