About Marta
Marta is responsible for leading the Nugget SW team at RSM, which is responsible for one of the most comprehensive payroll and HR systems on the Czech and Slovak market – Nugget SW. She has many years of experience within the parent company RSM and knows very well how to successfully lead a large software project. He makes sure that everything runs smoothly in Nugget – from the development of new functionalities, through business to customer support and full client satisfaction.
Experience
Marta joined RSM in 2000, after graduating from the University of Economics in Prague, where she focused on finance, accounting and valuation. Within RSM she built and for many years led the largest and most respected valuation institute in the Czech Republic. Her biggest clients included CEZ, PPF, J&T and CPI groups. During her maternity leave, she founded FreshFlow Systems, a family company that develops web and mobile applications for business management and client tribe utilization in business networks. Today, the system is used by thousands of traders, especially in the financial advisory and insurance sectors in the Czech and Slovak markets. Since 2020 Marta has been applying her extensive managerial experience and knowledge of software solutions to the position of Head of Nugget SW. Together with a team of 15 experienced professionals, she is building a highly competitive and modern product that is used on a daily basis by companies such as Plzeňský prazdroj, Zásilkovna, NN pojišt’ovna or CPI Group. Since RSM’s acquisition of Alfa software s.r.o. in 2023, he has also led a team specialising in the development of the Avensio payroll and HR system and the Attendo attendance system. These systems are mainly used by schools and large healthcare organizations, with a total of nearly 2,500 customers. Martha cares deeply about client satisfaction and is constantly working with her team to invent and implement new functionality. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her three children. She speaks fluent English.
