About Helena

Helena is part of a team that provides clients with financial due diligence, accounting and transaction advisory services, conversion of financial statements from/to CZ GAAP, reporting and controlling and internal audit. She not only has deep knowledge of financial and accounting issues, but also many years of experience advising companies across industries.

Experience

Helena has been in the finance and accounting industry for more than 15 years. During her studies at the University of Economics she worked as an accountant in an auditing and accounting company. Subsequently, she worked for several years as an assistant auditor at Fučík & partners s.r.o., where she gained valuable experience in auditing, accounting consulting and due diligence. She is currently a senior conslutant in the transaction department at RSM CZ, where she joined in 2015. In the area of financial due diligence, Helena has been involved in acquisitions of companies from the property development, energy, healthcare and other sectors. She has also conducted numerous internal audits of international companies operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. What she enjoys most about her work as a consultant is the variety of individual activities and the diversity of industries her team advises. She also values collaboration and sharing know-how across teams. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga and spending time in nature or on horseback. She is fluent in English.
