How does Shadow Payroll work?

Using this information, we liaise with the tax department to compute taxes in line with the pertinent local regulations.
The outcomes of the Shadow Payroll calculations are then integrated with the company’s primary payroll system, ensuring precise and comprehensive processing of employee salaries.
Should the situation warrant, we seek the expertise of tax advisors in the employees’ home countries, as part of RSM’s advisory network.
