The award was granted on the basis of both the internal quality criteria of the manufacturer (timely completion of repairs, low error rate in diagnostics) and external criteria (positive customer satisfaction ratings).

Windows 10 support is ending – are you ready?
The upcoming end of support for Windows 10 is currently having a significant impact on the market for end devices. This means using such older devices in a business environment will soon no longer be safe.
Even though Microsoft offers a paid support option, most companies plan to replace devices that don’t meet the requirements for the transition to Windows 11.
