The industrial property market in the Czech Republic is in good shape. In Q1 2016, the market continued to show an increased demand mainly from e-commerce, retail and manufacturing companies. As part of our new partnership, we have taken over the facility management of HOYA a.s. which is currently provided to clients as a comprehensive, turnkey service. We provide all operation solutions and building systems. In addition, we offer servicing, maintenance, inspections and controlling. We also deal with complaints, warranty terms and insured events. We record and prepare all technical documentation. For HOYA, we currently manage properties with an area of approximately 30 thousand square metres of storage premises, worth CZK 1 billion.
